Vintage Used Aladdin Wall Mount Lamp with Railroad Bracket Model 12 London Burner with Early Wick Riser Knob Version 1928-1930 & a Chimney marked Made in England as well hard to locate these items in this condition here in the USA. This vintage style Aladdin Lamp may have been used back in the day on the Flying Scotsman Line Locomotive Passenger Cars, or Caboose. The Model 12 Burner shows little run time or wear & a New Aladdin Wick & Mantle are included as well if you want to make the lamp functional. There are no chips or cracks on the Lox-On Chimney & the lettering is bright, crisp, & bold. The Railroad Wall Bracket shows little wear or use whatsoever & in very nice condition. The White Lamp shade that is included has a factory built in mounting bracket made for Kerosene Lamps & looks to be in excellent condition as well. The Nickel Font still retains its Original Bright Shiny Finish throughout the top & bottom. The only flaw I see is a small ding/dent just below the wick riser knob where someone with large hands or sausage fingers tried to adjust the wick & dinged the font with their oversized hand see pictures 7 & 8 for the exact details. There are no other dings/dents on this Nickel Font. This would be an excellent choice for a Kerosene Lamp Collector or Operator.
