Authorization to wear the ribbon is retroactive for any individual who has successfully completed 36 months of duty as an Air Force recruiter and is currently on active duty or a member of a reserve component as of the establishment date of 21 June 2000. When displayed on uniform can also be worn with oak leaf cluster devices if applicable. Comes in a color pattern of navy blue ends, followed by thin white and red stripes, with a wide blue middle. Air Force Recruiter Ribbons are made with the highest government standards and are US Military approved. All ribbons of the US Military are made in the USA. Ribbons are unmounted and do not come with a holding bar.
