If you buy a printed nozzle please make sure whoever is selling it is printing ABS or something with a high glass transition temp. Most sold are PLA which tend to warp with minimal heat. I have seen some that warped until they entered the path of the laser and created a fire! 3D printed Ortur Laser Master 2 Fixed Focus Air Assist with brass hose connection. Air Assist tube is supported right to the hose. Some other designs have no support and easily break! DOES NOT FIT THE ORTUR PRO MODELS!!! Or models that do not use a focus spacer block for focus! Brass tube is 5/32 or 3.95mm Air escapes through the laser hole assuring that the air is always hitting what you are burning. Set screw to ensure that your air assist will not move! 3mm set screw. Comes with an aluminum focus spacer designed to measure from the end of the air assist to the items engraved as intended. Does not measure to the heatsink which is inaccurate. Brass tube to help ensure your hose will not disconnect Set screw to ensure that your air assist will not move! Set screw now an actual set screw rather than regular screw. Please contact me before starting any claim I am very willing to work with my customers. Sometimes it is a simple solution to get you up and running. These are designed with tight tolerances so they do not move. Sometimes takes just a little debirring to get them on. A 3D printer is pretty accurate but not 100%. I would rather have them tight and do a little sanding than to fall off and ruin a burn.
