In good condition: all interior illustrations are clear, bright and undamaged; covers show a few creases, folds and very small tears; very small chips, tears and wrinkles in gutter, a small brown spot at top of pages starting with V, X, A and Z; old pencil marking at top left corner of front cover; two pieces of carefully placed tape hold front and back covers together; staples are holding pages together, but body of text is separated from covers. A fragile but beautiful 100+ year-old children's book. Please be aware that the images and sayings in this children's book are representative of usage from more than 100 years ago.
