Description: Here is a six book lot of Alfred Hitchcock anthologies from the 70s and 80s. Five are published by Dell, with Witches Brew being published by Random House. Details for the books are as follows: I Am Bloody Curious - 1st Print from 1971 - General wear to edges and corners, inside pages are unmarked from writing or stamps, pages are lightly toned, but still in nice shape. Green edge stain is nice at the bottom edges, and 1 inch up on the side, but then takes a weird hue for the rest of it. Dates With Death - 1st Print from 1972 - General wear to edges and corners, large crease running down the front cover, as well as creasing to the back cover and spine. Unmarked pages, with a light toning, contains inserts for a record club, alcohol, and Contac. Book also has weird edge stain coloring like Curious. Terror Time - 1st Print from 1972 - General wear, wrinkle from back to front across the spine. Pages are unmarked, with a light tone, but small section of moisture stain that goes in about the 1st 5 pages. Interior advertisement partially torn out. Witches Brew - 1st Print from 1985 - Slightly larger sized paperback featuring stories for younger readers, has light wear to the covers, please note rubbing to the top front cover. Pages are clean and unmarked. Red marker to top of page block. Grave Business - Later printing from 1985. Slight wear to edges and corners, but also has some light creases to both the front and back cover. 1st two pages have very light evidence of moisture at the outer edge, but nothing further. Otherwise, pages are clean and unmarked with light toning. Hard Day at the Scaffold - Later printing from 1985 - spots of rubbing to both the front and back cover, with spine creasing, otherwise light wear. Inside covers have a more moderate tone, but the pages are as light as the others. No markings present. Please be sure to view all of the pictures, and notes that all of the Dell books have some sort of in mark to the spine, possible to show read or used. A great lot to learn about a lot of writers of the times, many of these writers wrote stories that appear on the AHP show, so fans of the show could find these enjoyable.
