Description: I am the Artist SFC (ret,) Frank Allen that was assigned and deployed with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), in the CJSOTF HQ and designed this coin for the OIF deployment. The front of this coin with the Eagle and DAGGER was from the 1st coin I designed while deployed OEF K2 in October of 2001 in the CJSOTF. This is listed new because I am the artist that designed it and this is my personal coin. It is in excellent like new condition and kept in an air tight container so it will not tarnish. Most of these coins have very severe tarnishing or the gold color metal plating is coming off/ very badly blemished. I also hand signed the air tight container so there is no question that this is my personal coin and also affirms I am the artist. This coin will also be mailed to you insured because it is the only one I have and no replacement is available.
