I can provide additional pictures upon request. Offered for sale is #520, a hand blown aqua bottle with an applied blob from the City Bottling House in Baltimore Md. Little is known about this bottling with only one reference found from 1878 warning the public from selling or using their bottles for other purchases. This bottle was blown by the Alexander & David H. Chambers glasshouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This bottle is highly embossed with all the information noted below. This example was exhumed from a water dig. The leaching of the glass has left a wavy appearance throughout. No attempt to clean this bottle has been made and a tumble would make this shine. There may be an internal lip chip as noted in the picture that was hard to photograph.
