The wheel is a gray non-marking polyurethane tread mechanically locked to a polyolefin core. The polyurethane wheel has a sealed precision bearing for easy initiation, increased ergonomics, and a full thread guard which protects the accumulation of linen, hair, string, and debris from being wrapped around the axle or bearing. Full thread guards are great for many applications where the floor has debris, such as the textile industry, to name one. The polyurethane tread wheel is chemically resistant and will not disintegrate like other wheels due to harsh chemicals or washdown applications.
