Label on back indicates that they are Weston Gallery frames made in Taiwan. A single frame weighs 13 ounces. As to condition, they are a perfectly matched set and appear to have been displayed together. The glass is clean and unscratched. The front surfaces have very little wear. They're are very nice set.
