Description: 2006 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Snowglobe. The enclosed globe features “balloon” characters of Dora the Explorer, Jojo’s Circus, Mr. Potato Head, and Snoopy alongside Tom Turkey, Santa’s Sleigh, and the Macy’s characters. My family’s had this globe since its initial release. I managed to find it in perfect condition after years of storage. The globe features a wind-up mechanism that plays “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town!” While the music box functions, the spinning mechanism inside is stuck. I assume this is due to age and years of storage, but I don’t think it’s permanent; time and continued usage could get it working again.
