Other brass gear kits require grinding/machining off the old gear and then drilling/pinning/glueing the new gear on which can cause major issues if not positioned correctly on the shaft. This kit comes with a new front thrust washer as well as detailed instructions with colored photos. You will reuse your rear thrust disc. White lithium grease is needed to lube up the gear housing.
