Description: The complete bike needs a the charger wire to controller reconnected and with a full charge the motor will not spin when giving throttle but it will not rotate by hand when throttle is engaged. The not complete bike needs a motor, sprocket, chain, seat, chain and therear one side of fork where the tire goes broke off. These bikes are obviously not perfect and will require work. Both bikes battery's appear to be okay they both charge and hold a charge. I have been told the motor not running could be a connection issue but I honestly dont know exactly whats wrong. There may be some stuff other than what was mentioned above so please buy with cation. certified to UL 2849 standards
