Description: I recently picked up a large collection of artifacts from Ottawa County Oklahoma. All these pieces are personal finds from the late Denver Harner. He hunted a lot around the Grand lake area/Neosho River back in the 60’s and 70’s. Most points are made from local cherts found in the surrounding area. The keokuk/Peoria chert quarry was near by, reeds springs chert, and other stream cobble cherts make up this collection. Most are Hopewell culture (Afton Springs site in the same county) and a few older point types. Unfortunately, the finder glued the points to the felt/ply wood frames. With alittle warm water, the glue residue will come off. Everything sold is guaranteed authentic/un-altered. It comes with a 30 day, mbg. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I will combine shipping on multiple orders.
