It does NOT come with the original packaging. Please view the pictures for this listing. There, you will see some of the blemishes the figure has. The figure still articulates properly. The screw for the battery compartment is not stripped. The battery compartment is in good condition and with no corrosion. The little lever on the back of the figures head still functions just fine.
