The plaque itself appears to be etched marble and depicts different aspects, (aircraft used, employees, route map, etc.), of Ozark Airlines upon the takeover by TWA Airlines in 1986. The wood frame needs some TLC. I've pictured an area where the velvet cover on the back has come un-adhered.
