This is an odd and confusing feature of this type of shipping but it is how eBay and USPS are handling tracking for this shipping method at this point in time. USPS Ground Advantage Card orders over $20 will be sent using USPS Ground Advantage. Cards sent with this method are typically sent in a padded mailer and are also encased in rigid card protectors and plastic sleeves of some sort.
