Description: Here are two bumper stickers from when Eugene McCarthy, Hubert Humphrey and Robert Kennedy were vying for the 1968 democrat party presidential nomination after sitting, U.S. President Lyndon Johnson had bowed out of that race in March. These are matching but two different sizes, with Minnesota U.S. Senator Eugene McCarthy's photo on them. Photo strips are rarer than only-worded examples. The top one is 3" x 14 1/8" and the other is 3 13/16" x 14 5/8", both with his official, national headquarters campaign disclaimer printed at bottom saying, "Eugene McCarthy for President 815 17th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20006 Blair Clark Campaign Mgr." And notice that the words are printed in different type and/or fonts, as well, making them even more interesting for a collector. We also have an Ohio and an Oregon primary McCarthy bumper sticker listed in our eBay store. These are nice condition, but please look at our images to judge this for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. We are members of APIC and sell only authentic presidential (and other collectible) material so buy with confidence. We'll be happy to combine S & H costs on multiple purchases even though eBay says we don't. We just issue a refund for any overpayment. Shipping on this will be $6.50, carefully packed with tracking. 8359
