Description: This very rare 1962 Marhoefer driver complete set is from the "carbking" collection. The set consists of 16 cards that are in pristine condition with no weiner markings. This high-grade set will be the only one offered in this condition and will be the cornerstone for your Marhoefer collection. The cards measure roughly 5.25" x 4". Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the Marhoefer cards. The Marhoefer Meatpacking Company was founded in 1901 as the Kuhner Packing Company. The Marhoefer family would take over in 1945. Based in Muncie, Indiana, the company would aggressively advertise their sausages and hot dogs in conjunction with the local Indianapolis 500.
