To commemorate the February 1959 meeting of the American Institute of mining metallurgical and petroleum engineers held in San Francisco. This tray is hand in laid by master craftsman and molded by Couric of Monterey California of material resistant to staining or burning a division of western machinery company. Not sure how many of these were made.
