Jones, both of Jacksonville, Texas, before the start of his trial at Rusk. Myers, 37, is charged with the slaying of Lee DeKrail, a hitchhiker from Ottumwa, Iowa, near Big Spring, Texas. The trial was moved to Rusk when it was impossible to obtain a jury at Big Spring. Myers and his 13-year-old girlfriend, Donna Marie Stone, are also wanted for three other killings in the mid-west.
