Description: Vintage Chronographe Suisse 18k gold case watch with movement made by Charles Gigandet, circa 1950's. The gold case has a rosy cast to it and the dial is copper colored. The 37mm case has some light waviness to the gold and typical light scratches. There is some separation in the seam of the case which is visible in the last picture in the gallery. The dial is in nice condition with some speckling. The crystal has a few light scratches. The chronograph function works but the second hand resets to the 1 instead of the 60 second mark. The dust cover is not gold and is marked 'Metal'. The movement sets easily and runs but we do not guarantee it to keep time. It comes with an after market, modern band.
