Gold PARKER clip, black cap jewel, two thin gold cap bands. Gold nib has arrow and says PARKER USA, comb feed. Readable imprint says PARKER VACUMATIC MADE IN USA. When I push in the plastic plunger I do feel resistance; pen might function, but this is in as is condition, please assume it needs restoration.
