Munitions workers in the huge $57 Million Dollar Government shell-loading plant in Ravenna, Ohio went to work through a picket line of strikers who are out seeking a new wage adjustment. Here, a worker getting out of a P.O. Coach Lines bus under guard of a Police Officer while a picket stands peacefully by displaying a strike sign. Photo is Dated: December 4, 1941.
