This is an ORIGINAL 1920s Pictorial Review Sewing Pattern which, like many of those in the time , came in a brown paper envelope. This one is missing the envelope . I was able to locate it in my 1925 Pictorial Review Embroidery Catalog so we can feel great about the date. The catalog is not included in this auction but here for reference and you are welcome to print the picture for your files. The Transfer itself is pristine but just one page.
