Description: Wonderful antique lot of ephemera related to the town of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, in original mailing envelope from L N Nicholson & Co, Builders and Contractors who apparently also sold real estate. It includes: 1) About Lyndhurst and its Environments, small stapled brochure about the town with images of the train depot, birdseye view, etc. Folded. 2) 1918 letter offering and describing a bungalow for sale at 166 Valley Brook Ave--which still exists! Shown in last image from Google Maps. It was offered for $5500 in the letter, and sold recently for 635K. What a time capsule! 3) Separate flyer for 27 modern homes in Lyndhurst from Nicholson. 4) DL&W (presumbly railroad) time table, with some pencil cross outs. Very good vintage condition! Envelope has some wear but inserts and quite nice.
