Description: This is a rare original antique issue of The Derby Game Bird magazine for June, 1913. This magazine is “Devoted to Games of the Pit" and was published in Tell City, Indiana. This issue if Vol. XXI, No. IV and is 64 pages including the covers measuring about 7” x 10.5”. This magazine is entirely devoted to game fowl and has lots of graphically interesting advertisements for different breeders and supplies across the USA. Also included are several articles and game fowl news from across the country. This antique original issue has a small puncture hole in the front cover and the center page detached at the staple binding and is laid neatly back in. The magazine is otherwise fully complete and intact with moderate handling wear and some toning from age. Overall condition is very good for this rare antique magazine on Game Fowl.
