Otherwise this is an attractive, well-preserved antique volume! Tight and square! The gilt title lettering on the spine displays nicely from the shelf. Internally, this volume is in good shape overall. Both boards and all page groupings remain attached to the binding. Former owner’s signature visible on the front free fly page. There are no bookplates, inscriptions or library markings to note. The text block of this volume is clean throughout. There is typical age-related toning to the pages, as well as some light foxing and soiling scattered throughout, some light damp-staining in the margins visible on the last few pages, and some general light edge wear throughout, but otherwise this volume is clean and free from rips, tears, writing and markings.
