Near Girard Avenue and Ninth Street. Has red seal. Stiff parchment paper.Has second 1/2 page ammendment date 3 weeks later in 1855. Then third amendment dated 1862 with 2 red embossed seals that have A.B.C. & Co. assigning Anne Hertzog obligation to Charles E. Smith of Philadelphia, PA. Large deed measures approx. 23 x 17 1/2", ammendments approx. 17 1/2 x 11 1/2" and 17 1/2 x 8 1/4". Items are attached with metal eyelet. There is antique wear, discoloration, foxing, soiling spots, bends, folds, small tears at edges and folds.
