Illustrated with double-page map of the Iberian Pensinsula [after Florez], hand-coloured in outline, and intaglio engraved f/piece portrait of King Carlos III after Goya and engraved by Carmona. Red rchly blind-stamped leather binding, all edges gilt, marbled endpaper. Size: 12mo (11.4cm x 7.4cm).Good condition internally, in a Fair only binding. Front board detached but present. Boards and spine rubbed and quite worn, with some loss to the detail of the blind stamping. Small closed tear to inner margin of title page, with no loss of paper. Title page a little dusty. Light age-toning to paper, which is a bit more pronounced from pages 37-60 of the first part.
