A neighborhood contact took a look a look and let me know both turbines needed replacement. Went over to Lowe's first who did not have any 14" in stock then tried Home Depot whom also did not have the 14". However, this came up via search and reviews lead me to making the purchase for two of these. The boxes are good sized which made having it shipped a better idea. The gentleman that installed these said they seemed awesome, well-made and may last forever. Turns out, they are WARRANTED forever!! In the warranty, "Lomanco, Inc., guarantees our turbine vents against defects due to workmanship, parts, or mechanical failureforever." How amazing is that? They have been on the roof now for about 3 weeks and so far have performed above and beyond. While slightly pricey (I wish I had known about the internal vs. external bracing difference and price), the color is good, looks good on the roof and have been very successful.
