Plants may or may not be in bloom or blush at the time of shipment so you can expect a color range of green, to gray, to red, to pinks and purple hues when the plants are in blush. When plants are not in blush they will mainly be green and gray toned. On some occasions we will substitute certain plants depending on availability. When mailing plants in freezing weather we will only ship plants using an expedited (2-3 day) service with heat packs (when needed). This service will be included in the shipping fee when applicable. If you need an over night shipment, please message me for pricing before purchasing. We cover frost damage on overnight shipments ONLY. Please message us within 24 hours of deliveryif there are any issues. There MUST be someone home to accept the package when it is delivered in cold temperatures. Plants left sitting outside in freezing weather will not survive long. There is only so much a heat pack can protect against. If you need to, we can have the package held at the post office for pick up instead. This is a request made via written note on the package and is at the post offices discretion whether or not to hold for pick up or deliver to home. In order to give the shipment its best chance, many times we will hold the order for an early week shipment, Monday through Wednesday, to make sure the order isn't sitting at a post office over the weekend allowing the heat pack to expire. If temperatures are too cold we may opt to hold your order until weather permits.
