These items are designed for those who don't have the capability of playing a cd. I used to place copies of these images on cds or dvds but recently the media shipping has become too slow. This slowness combined with the cost to ship the media has precipitated the change to shipping digital images electronically. All digital copies will be sent through "WeTransfer" after receiving your email which should be ok by Ebay standards since there will be a sale involved.
