SHIPPINGTo ensure your Dubia roaches arrive alive and healthy, it's important to take precautions during extreme weather conditions. If the temperature is between 40°F and 80°F, no special measures are necessary. However, if the temperature falls below 40°F or rises above 80°F, we strongly recommend a post office hold for pickup and a heat or cold pack. Without these measures, live arrival cannot be guaranteed. For shipping, we offer USPS Priority Ground Advantage as the default option.
